All products will be securely packaged for posting. Postage will be via Royal Mail or myHermes. Insurance is included within the postage costs. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 4pm on the same business day, orders received after this time will be dispatched on the next working day. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Please email us with your requirements and we can advise you of delivery charges. We use reputable courier companies to ensure efficient and satisfactory delivery of your purchase. Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on size and weight of your order. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery of your order. For your security and assurance, all orders will need to be signed for on delivery.
Local Taxes / Duty
Please be aware that where there is a requirement for local taxes / VAT, this will be payable by the customer as required by your local appropriate authority. Arts & Crafts of Africa Ltd accepts no responsibility for any local importation charges which your government may impose on your order. If you are unsure about local charges that may be required, we advise you to check with the relevant authorities before placing your order.
hope you will be pleased with your purchase from African Arts & Crafts Inc, but should the goods not meet your expectations, you may return the goods. We will only be responsible for the cost of returning your order if there has been an error in processing your order on our part, otherwise return postage costs will need to be paid by the customer.
Please ensure the items are returned to us in perfect condition as damaged or incomplete items would negate your right to cancel or return an item. If you wish to return an item please follow the steps below:

Goods should be returned to us no later than 28 days from receipt by recorded delivery with insurance paid, we cannot be held responsible and offer refunds for lost or missing goods.
We will let you know by email that we have received the items and process your return immediately.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
We will process your refund by the same means with which you made payment.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected and professionally packed before it is dispatched from our premises. Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and in the unlikely event the goods arrive damaged, are defective or we have made an error with your order, please notify us by email as soon as possible and at any rate within 5 working days of receipt, stating the order number and the nature of the defect, damage or error. Failure to do so within 5 working days shall deem that you have accepted the goods. We regret that we cannot accept claims for damaged or defective goods without prior written authorisation.
